I wish I was this girl. This is too cool not to share. Why didnt I think of this? He definatly wont stop his concert in Dallas to do this again : ( Read this story and watch this video. It gave me goosebumps.

A Perezcious reader sent us this photo and video of a former student of hers at a recent Paul McCartney. Her experience is one for the books:
"A former student of mine, Audrey, is obsessed with The Beatles and especially Paul McCartney. Over the weekend she went to another of his concerts. She held up a sign that said "Paul sign my arm so I can get it tattooed." The sign caught his attention and he stopped what he was doing and brought her on stage."

Paul McCartney

My dad and I are going to see Paul McCartney at the new Dallas Cowboys Stadium on August 19th. I am on cloud 9! If I could see anyone perform before I die; it'd be him. I never thought I'd have the oppurtunity to see him. My dad has always said if Paul comes to Texas, we are going. Sure enough, dad called me last week and told me the good news. Pre-sale was today and luckily with my mom's help, we got AMAZING tickets. This will be one of the most special memories to share with my dad. Paul is someone dear to his heart; as well as mine. Dad & I are counting down the days :)

4th of July weekend

We hope everyone has a Happy 4th of July. Fireworks, yeah!!!

Today is a half day at work. Score! Rj & I are leaving in the a.m. for the Guadalupe River. We will be gone until Monday! Plan on camping out, BBQing and floating down the river. Im stoked! Tuesday is our 2nd Wedding Anniversary. Can you believe it? Time flies when you are having fun! I took off that day too. Im not going back to work until Wednesday the 8th! YAY!!! The doggies are staying at Grandpa Daryle's house. He's gonna have his hands full. Our dogs love going over to his house. Ha!

Friday I hosted my 1st clothes swap party. I attended one back when I was 16 and it was so much fun. This one turned out quite well and I think everyone enjoyed themselves. At least thats what they said : ) Everyone went home with some goodies. I plan to maybe host one of these every 6 months or year. Jill mentioned doing like a home decor swap, that'd be neat. I thought I'd share some pics, unfortunatly I did not get a pic of the huge clothes pile.
